💙⚽ SPORTSMANSHIP HONORABLE MENTION ⚽💙
A huge congratulations to the SDU Spirit on receiving the Sportsmanship Honorable Mention at the 2026 US Club National Cup Finals! 👏🏆
This recognition is especially meaningful because it was nominated by fellow coaches—a true reflection of the character, respect, and integrity our players displayed throughout the tournament.
Winning a national championship is an incredible accomplishment, but being recognized for how you compete speaks volumes. These girls represented South Dakota with class, encouraged one another, respected their opponents and officials, and played the game the right way.
We couldn't be more proud of this team—not only for bringing home the championship trophy, but also for earning the respect of those who watched them compete.
Congratulations, Spirit! Your talent is undeniable, but your character makes you truly special. 💙💛
